I help experienced professionals move from digital overwhelm to confident use of AI

- through premium mentoring and a 30-day implementation plan.

Digital Fluent Mentoring: a diagnostic of your skills and needs, a personal development roadmap and hands-on practice using real tasks - supported by a measurable 30-day plan.

Digital Fluent is a premium mentoring programme for experienced professionals who feel overwhelmed by the pace of AI change. Over 30 days, you go through a skills diagnostic, build your personal development roadmap and practise on your own real-life tasks - using Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot and the tools you genuinely need. The result: you know where you are, what to learn first and how to work with greater confidence.

No obligation. After the conversation, you will receive a summary with recommendations - even if you decide not to continue.

Why Do Experienced Professionals Feel They Are Falling Behind with AI?

You have built your career over many years. You are good at what you do and that is exactly why it can be difficult to admit that, when it comes to AI, you sometimes feel like a beginner again. If you recognise yourself in any of the statements below, you are exactly where many professionals in Poland are today:

“I don’t know where to start - everyone recommends something different.”

“There are too many tools and courses. I open them, save them and close them.”

“I feel awkward asking basic questions - everyone else looks as if they already know what they are doing.”

 “I compare myself with younger colleagues who seem to do it effortlessly.”

“I watch tutorials and training materials, but none of it makes its way into my everyday work.”

This is not just a feeling - it reflects a measurable change in the labour market. 66% of leaders say they would not hire someone today without AI skills, while 71% would prefer a less experienced candidate with AI skills over a more experienced candidate without them (Microsoft, Work Trend Index 2024). At the same time, only 39% of people using AI at work have received any training from their employer - everyone else is largely trying to work it out on their own, often outside working hours. And the sense of embarrassment that few people talk about openly can also be measured: 52% of AI users are reluctant to admit that they use it for their most important tasks.

The wider context is equally important: in Poland, only 44.3% of people have at least basic digital skills, compared with the EU target of 80% by 2030 (Digital Decade Country Report for Poland, 2025). This gap will not close by itself.

What Is Delaying This Costing You?

Your professional position

AI skills have become an important factor in recruitment and promotion decisions, including for non-technical roles.

}
Time

advanced AI users report saving more than 30 minutes a day on routine tasks (Work Trend Index 2024). That is around 2.5 hours a week that you could be getting back.

Confidence

the longer you wait, the wider the gap can feel and the harder it becomes to ask the basic questions.

How Does Digital Fluent Premium Mentoring Work?

We start with the outcome: after 30 days, you know where you are, have a personal development roadmap, and can confidently use selected AI tools in your everyday work. We are not selling you another course - we provide clarity, structure and practical progress. The programme takes you through five stages:

1. Digital Confidence Diagnostic

a structured review of your skills, stress points, working environment and goals. In many cases, you already know more than you think - you need a clear structure.

2. Personal Development Roadmap

a clear set of priorities: what to learn first, what you can safely ignore and in what order to build new habits. No more random courses.

3. Hands-on AI and tool practice

sessions based on your real tasks: emails, proposals, analyses and presentations. The tools are selected based on your role and may include ChatGPT, Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, LinkedIn, and Teams.

4. 30-day implementation plan

weekly actions, exercises and measurable progress. Not “watch Module 7”, but “use this on the task you need to complete tomorrow”.

5. Results review

what has actually changed, what your next steps should be and how to maintain momentum without a mentor.

What you receive at the end:

a diagnostic report, your personal development roadmap, a 30-day plan, session materials and, instead of a prompt library, the ability to create effective prompts yourself whenever you need them. Most importantly, you gain the confidence to use technology effectively and quickly, without unnecessary stress.

You do not need to choose a programme today. Book a free diagnostic session - you will leave with recommendations for your first steps, whether or of you decide to continue.

What Does the Collaboration Look Like Step by Step?

1.

Week 0

free diagnostic session (30 min, online): a conversation about your context, current skills and goals. Outcome: a written summary with recommendations. You make your decision afterwards.

2.

Week 1

in-depth diagnostic + Personal Development Roadmap: 2 sessions of 60 minutes each. Outcome: diagnostic report + roadmap.

3.

Weeks 2-4

practical sessions based on your own tasks + 30-day plan: 2 sessions per week, 60 minutes each, online or in person. Outcome: new habits and tools implemented in practice.

4.

Day 30

results review: what has changed and how to continue developing independently over the next 90 days-1 session of 60 minutes.

A total of 15 hours of personalised premium mentoring.

Is This Mentoring Right for You?

Yes, if:

  • you have extensive professional experience;
  • you work as a senior manager, expert or business owner;
  • you are not a technical person and do not want to become one;
  • you care about practical results at work, not another certificate;
  • you would rather have a guide and a clear plan than another playlist of tutorials.

No, if:

  • you are looking for the cheapest video course;
  • you want to become a programmer or data scientist - that is a different path, and we are clear about that;
  • you expect someone to “do AI for you” - the programme requires you to work on your own real tasks.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Do I need any technical knowledge to get started?

      No. The programme is designed for non-technical professionals: managers, consultants, experts and business owners.

      We start by assessing what you already know - usually more than you think - and build the plan around your actual level, not from scratch and not from technical jargon.

      The only requirements are a computer, a browser and a willingness to work on your own real tasks.

      Can I really learn AI in 30 days?

      It depends on what you mean by “learn AI”. You will not become proficient in every possible situation within a month - and we do not promise that. In 30 days, you achieve three things: you know where you are now (diagnostic), you know what to learn first (development roadmap), and you confidently use selected tools in your everyday work (practice on your own tasks).

      This gives you a strong foundation to continue developing independently - with a clear plan instead of chaos.

      How is mentoring different from an online course?

      A course gives you content - mentoring gives you diagnosis, priorities and accountability.

      Recorded lessons answer the question “how do I do this?”, but they do not tell you what matters most in your specific role, and no one checks whether you actually put it into practice.

      With mentoring, you work 1:1 on your own tasks; you can ask any “basic” question in private, and you follow a plan with weekly actions. If you know exactly what you are looking for and you are comfortable implementing it independently, a good course may be enough - and we say that openly in the comparison table above.

      Is this programme suitable for people aged 45+ and 50+?

      Yes - they are a natural audience for the programme. We work with professionals aged approximately 35-55, with 10-20 years of experience, who have strong professional expertise and want to regain confidence with digital tools and AI.

      Experience is an advantage here: you can assess much faster which AI use cases make real business sense.

      We add the technology layer - without a patronising tone and without assuming that “everyone already knows this”.

      What happens during the free diagnostic session?

      It is a 30-minute online conversation. We discuss your work context, current skills, biggest pain points, and goals.

      After the conversation, you receive a short written summary with recommendations for your first steps - whether or not you decide to join the programme.

      There is no sales pressure: if mentoring is not right for you, we will tell you directly and suggest another route.

      Do we work on my real tasks and data?

      Yes - we work on real emails, proposals, analyses and presentations, because that is how practical skills become part of your everyday work.

      At the same time, we teach you how to work safely: which data can be entered into AI tools, how to anonymise client information and how to configure privacy settings in ChatGPT or Copilot.

      Safe digital habits are part of the programme, not an optional extra.

      Can my company pay for the programme? Do you also provide team training?

      Yes to both. We issue invoices and can help you prepare a business case for your employer or HR department.

      We also run corporate workshops focused on practical AI literacy - particularly as Article 4 of the EU AI Act, applicable from 2 February 2025, requires organisations using AI systems to ensure an appropriate level of AI literacy among their staff. Contact us at mj@digitalskills4future.com, and we will prepare a proposal for your team.
